Orange Agar-Agar(Jello) - seen on somebody's blog. Wifey tried and succeed.
Promptly consumed approximately 5 mins after I took this shot - just can't resist!
Photography note to self - Tripod mounted camera with external flash(pointed up with diffuser) for fill light, sun light from left, remotely triggered flash on the right pointed up, reflector above subject to cast light onto orange cap and to eliminate harsh shadow.

Sonia - Ya, she used normal agar-agar with some fresh orange juice to make this.
Petite Tish - You're right, I take my time to savor this! She's a very good cook!

Whoa, Faye did that? Well done to her, I like her presentation too, scooping out the orange! Love the photography notes on this. Very very good observation on the shadows. I've never tried food shots with a flash before. Inspired!
