Ahhh...the magnificent Grand Canyon, the gorge carved by the Colorado River, millions of years in the making.
Grand Canyon is our stop after San Francisco, before Las Vegas. A 6 hours drive from Las Vegas to the south rim, definitely a worthy drive to admire this amazing nature creations.
6AM at Grand Canyon's Mather Point, 35°F(2°C) - Waiting for the spectacular sunrise everybody was talking about. End up having a runny nose, lost the feeling to hands and ears while cursing at the damn rain cloud in the distance that's been blocking the sun. Oh well, we didn't get to see the sunrise this time but the breathtaking view of the canyon itself is worth while. Hopefully better luck next time. (ISO100, f/22, 0.5s Exposure)

This is the last dish out of our home kitchen in 2008 - Scallops Wrapped in Bacon. Incredibly unhealthy(bacon = fat) yet unbelievably delicious(fat = yummy)! Patiently prepared by Faye and Yee. Hopefully 2009 will motivate both of them to create more delicious food!

Wow! My photo was selected for inclusion in the new released six edition of Schmap San Antonio Guide!
Schmap is an online travel guide, they provide destination guide with maps, reviews and photos. It's true that mine is just a small photo(literally) in a million but still it's something. A small achievement for a brand new year, I like IT!
Check out my photo on Schmap HERE.
