It's almost September, I think it's about time to post the photos I took back in July, talk about procrastinating.
For the July 4th holiday this year, we went to Destin, Florida, for a small get away vacation with family and friends. 1 minivan, 5 adults, 1 kiddo, and plenty of junk food, just right for a 10+ hours road trip.
Took me a while to find a nice sets of prints for this photo. I tried to make some prints with my giant foot but it's just not as nice.
White sand, clear blue water, nice temperature. Why? Why is the beach an hour from our house not as nice??? Why?
Crystal clear water at a busy beach? Amazing!
See that little boy in this photo? I have no idea he was posing for my camera until I got home, ha!
It's 4th of July, US Independence Day, US flag is a typical decorations around town, even on the beach.
What a cool concept for an ice cream transport!
What was I thinking to bring the camera over water? Maybe I was hoping for a new camera...hehehe...
Evening hour...
"Not as exciting as we thought." was the conclusion of Faye, Yee, and Min after they got down from para-sailing. Huh?
Hello?
500ft in the air...
On the way back to the harbor after the para-sailing excursion, we caught a glimpse of the V22 Osprey heading back to base; there's a huge navy base nearby. A very cool VTOL(Vertical Takeoff and Landing) military transport. I have never seen one in action so it's definitely a cool sighting.
That is one bright moon!

Good shots, I like the 2nd one, after a while of sitting there, I will definitely jump into that crystal clear water..Not many beaches in MY has this kind of crystal water, one beach I can think of is Redang island, white sand and crystal clear water..I guess you defintely have full enjoyment during this trip.

Sure Sonia! What price would you like for being #1?
Yeah, we had a lot of fun! You're right, Faye told me Redang beach is much more fun with more fish and coral.

You own me first, will tell you when i know what price I want, hehehe..
Ya, the most fun activitiy to do in Redang is snorkeling, all kind of fishes swim around you, diff type of corals, very interesting..and I guess this is also the only activitiy you can do in this small island, nothing much there..

The photo with the caption "500ft in the air..." is unique, I love that! But it also made me thought of something naughty, hehe

Bakeling - Clear blue sky definitely good for photos backdrop.
米亚 - Thank you! I'm glad you like it!
I think there are cleaning crews going up and down the beach every morning. They sure maintain the beach well.
Nancymommy - Like postcard?! Wow! Thank you!
jdexign - "500ft in the air..." remind you for something naughty?! Hmmm...I wonder what that is...
