Faye and Zoe tried out an interesting recipe for a "No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake". Instead of bake, they freeze it.
The result is very tasty, creamy and rich. It's a bit less dense compare to a regular cheesecake but it definitely taste like one. Me likey!

Now that you mentioned it, it does taste a bit like straberry ice cream cake.
